Located in Hưng Hội Commune and Vĩnh Trạch Ward (Cà Mau City), the Vàm Lẽo Lock Chamber Project is a strategic link in the water resources management plan for the Mekong Delta region. With a total contract value of VND 343 billion, the project is designed with multi-objective functions:
