Currently, the Provincial Road 8 Overpass project has completed the concrete casting for Pier T03 footing, while auxiliary roads and the drainage system have reached significant progress, laying a solid foundation for the upcoming construction phases.
Focus on Superstructure and Substructure Construction
Regarding the substructure, 100% of the concrete pouring for Pier T03 footing has been completed, and the structure is currently undergoing technical curing.
For Pier T02, lean concrete blinding and pile head trimming have been finished. Construction crews are now focusing on rebar fabrication, formwork installation, and preparing for inspection prior to footing concrete placement.
Concurrently, the casting yard and gantry crane system for girder fabrication are being completed, ready to meet the scheduled timeline for superstructure execution

Temporary Access Roads 1 and 2 have completed aggregate base course laying, facilitating traffic diversion and supporting operations at the project center.
For Parallel Roads 3 and 4, aggregate base course installation has reached approximately 50%, proceeding alongside compaction and subgrade completion.
The longitudinal drainage system is also being expedited. To date, 250 out of 590 meters of drainage ditches have been constructed (~42.4% of total volume), helping proactively manage runoff and safeguard the roadbed structure during construction.
Strict Control of Quality, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
Trungnam E&C consistently maintains strict compliance with quality control, occupational health and safety, environmental management, and traffic organization standards.
Work items are executed in technical sequence, combined with step-by-step inspections and acceptance testing prior to transitioning to next phases. Fencing, signage, and traffic management are continuously maintained to ensure safety for both local residents and construction crews.

Moving forward, the Project Management Board will allocate maximum resources to complete Pier T02 footing, advance to pier stem construction, complete Parallel Roads 3 & 4 and the longitudinal drainage system, while preparing essential conditions to commence casting the first precast girders at the yard.
