Package No. 09 (Construction Works): Construction of Provincial Road No. 773 under the Long Thanh–Cam My–Xuan Loc Provincial Road No. 773 Upgrading and Widening Project (Contract Value: VND 826.3 billion).
The project is classified as a Group A investment project and a Grade II road infrastructure project, featuring six mixed-traffic lanes and a design speed of 80 km/h.
The route is approximately 39 km long, starting at its connection with National Highway No. 1 and ending at its connection with Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road No. 4. It passes through Xuan Hoa, Xuan Loc, Xuan Phu, Xuan Dong, Cam My, and Xuan Duong communes and wards.
The road is designed with six to eight lanes and a design speed of 80 km/h. The project’s total estimated investment exceeds VND 4.3 trillion.
Upon completion, Provincial Road No. 773 will:
- Strengthen connectivity between National Highway No. 1 and Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road No. 4.
- Improve transport capacity in the eastern region of Dong Nai Province.
- Contribute to the phased completion of the planned transport network.
- Reduce traffic pressure on existing roads.
- Promote the development of industrial parks, urban areas, and logistics services.
