On the morning of December 19, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the project “Upgrading and widening Hoi Bai – Phuoc Tan Road (DT992)” took place. With a total investment of VND 3,690 billion, this is a strategic project that directly connects National Highway 51 with the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau Expressway.
