Construction of CKN, pier footing and pier body, and technical infrastructure systems (drainage system, lighting system, etc.).​

Ground level:​

• Arrangement of frontage roads without level crossings with the railway to serve local traffic.​

• Each branch of the frontage road at the roundabout level (Level 1 flyover) has a carriageway width of 7.0 m.​

• Including one circular viaduct over the railway and ramp bridges connecting to the roundabout.​

Level 2 flyover:​

Comprising approach spans and cable-stayed spans connecting Ton Duc Thang Street with Dien Bien Phu Street.​

• Width of the cable-stayed deck: 19.8 m.​

• Width of the bridge at the approach spans: 17.0 m (including both directions of traffic on the ramps).​

• T6 tower pier: parabolic-shaped reinforced concrete pylon (60 m high) on a D2.0 m bored pile foundation.
