Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing, managing and operating all construction activities of the Project/construction works:

Administrative and management activities

  • Advising and proposing improvements to processes and forms in the Company’s administrative and management activities;
  • Standardizing business processes and forms serving the implementation of the Project/construction works;
  • Proposing norms, limits and mechanisms for the Project Management Board/Construction Site Management Board;
  • Building a set of indicators and measuring the performance of the Project Management Board/Construction Site Management Board;
  • Performing specific tasks.

Activities in the phase of searching for projects and potential customers

  • Participate in brand development activities; Search, evaluate and propose potential customers and construction projects;
  • Participate in giving opinions, reviewing bidding documents, bidding documents for the requested Project/work;
  • Participate in giving opinions, reviewing, negotiating, signing construction contracts for the requested Project/work;

Organize and manage the implementation of the Project/work

  • Manage the implementation of construction projects for which the Project/work is directly assigned;
  • Manage progress;
  • Manage quality;
  • Manage safety;
  • Manage risk;
  • Manage costs;
  • Manage project personnel;
  • Participate in communication management project information according to authority.

Job Requirements

General requirements:

  • Education level:University degree in Civil & Industrial Construction, Transport, Technical Infrastructure or equivalent;
  • Experience:At least 8 – 10 years of experience in the construction field, including 3 – 5 years in the position of Commander;

– Proficiency in technical standards, construction regulations and project management processes;

– Good leadership, management, personnel management, communication and problem solving skills;

– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel and other specialized software;

– Have a certificate of practice in Construction Supervision of Civil & Industrial Works; Grade I technical infrastructure.

Professional skills:

  • Legal knowledge:

– Mastery of the Construction Law, related decrees and circulars;

– Foreign language skills: Compile documents and emails in English;

  • Using technology and AI:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized software (AutoCAD, .. or equivalent);

– Skilled in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, or automation platforms to optimize management activities, work execution and risk forecasting.

  • Management and communication skills continue:

– Ability to organize and assign work effectively;

– Good communication skills, negotiation and presentation in meetings or presentations to the Board of Directors;

– Ability to manage time and ensure project/construction progress.

Personal qualities:

  • Honest, accurate, and attentive to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a high-pressure environment;
  • High sense of responsibility, committed to ensuring work results.

Priority:

  • Have participated in projects using BIM (Building Information Modeling) or have related certificates;
  • Have a certificate of practice in Investment Project Management construction;
