Construction of 04 pier bases from T14 ÷ T17 (02 low pier bases and 02 anchor pier bases), anchor pier body T17 and low pier T16, lowering the bridge deck on pier T16, yellow strip T16 and part of pier T15;

• Package XL03A: Construction of bored piles and bases of main span pier yellow strip from T14 to T17 (including regulation to ensure safety of waterway traffic during construction);
• Package XL03B: Construction of pier body (T14 to T17) and structure on main span yellow strip; riverbank reinforcement embankment; road traffic safety system; lighting system (including regulation to ensure safety of waterway traffic during construction);

Special cable bridge project, 2-plane cable-stayed bridge, diamond-shaped tower, main span diagram (150+350+150)m.
