Job Description

  • Research the market to find diverse and abundant sources of materials with competitive prices and guaranteed quality
  • Negotiate, discuss and finalize the Material Purchase Contract for the Board of Directors to review the price;
  • Conduct purchases and organize delivery;
  • Monitor purchase records and payment documents from projects;
  • Check the daily delivery status and report to the Team Leader;
  • Propose solutions for goods and materials if necessary;
  • Transfer complete purchase records and documents to the Accounting and Payment Department;
  • Store records related to assigned work;
  • Perform periodic reports and ad hoc reports when requested;
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Purchasing Team Leader. Head of Materials Department;
  • Ensure the purchase of goods with the correct quality, quantity and time as prescribed;
  • Deliver goods to the right place, quantity, quality and time according to the order;
  • Support the Team Leader well in purchasing and controlling the quality of goods.

Job Requirements

  • Graduated from College/University or higher in Business Administration, Commerce, Statistics or other related majors;
  • At least 02 years of working experience in a similar position;
  • Specialized English (equivalent to level B);
  • Proficient in office software (good at Word, Excel);
  • Having worked for Bridge – Road Construction Companies, knowledgeable about materials – equipment for Bridge – Road Construction;
  • Understanding the provisions of the Commercial Law, purchasing and selling processes, functions and tasks of the Materials Department;
  • Thinking skills: Ability to plan, analyze, report, make statistics, work with data, big data;
  • Skills to work independently and in a team;
  • Adapt well to the working environment, Honest, sincere, hard-working;
  • Careful, meticulous and hard-working in work;
  • Ability to go on short-term business trips;
  • Ability to go on temporary secondment (to supervise materials or work with suppliers on projects) is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

  • Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, Saturday every other week;
  • Income: Main salary (from 12 million – 15 million)
