Prepare Technical Proposal documents for bidding of construction and installation projects in the fields of urban infrastructure, transportation, seaports, logistics, industry and energy
- Research and analyze technical requirements, technical evaluation criteria stated in the Bidding Documents/Request Documents and attached documents;
- Manage and analyze technical information data, propose optimal options and prepare Technical Proposal documents for bidding including explanations, drawings of key construction methods, feasible construction progress, suitable to meet the requirements of the Bidding Documents;
- Propose requirements that the Investor/Inviting Party need to clarify important contents of the Bidding Documents/Request Documents;
- Propose and implement documents according to alternative technical options (if any);
- Implement the contents requested to be clarified in the Technical Proposal Document from the Investor/Inviting Party.
Implement the Construction Method Document to serve the approval and implementation of construction after winning the bid
- Research and analyze in detail the approved design documents and survey the actual construction site;
- Establish the detailed construction method document (explanation, construction method drawings; construction progress; outline) to serve the approval before implementing construction.
- Propose and implement the document according to alternative technical options (if any).
Implement the internal quality supervision task as assigned
- Based on the approved design documents and construction method documents, perform the internal quality supervision task as prescribed periodically, suddenly as assigned by the Head of Technical Department.
General requirements:
- Education level:University degree or higher, graduated from the University of Transport or Danang University of Technology, majoring in: Construction of traffic works: bridges/tunnels/roads/ports (priority); Construction of technical infrastructure works.
- Experience:
– Have at least 03 years of experience in direct roles in implementing: Technical bidding proposals; Construction Organization Measures Document or Design Document.
– Have experience in large-scale construction projects related to traffic infrastructure, urban, seaport level I, special level;
– Priority is given to candidates who have directly prepared Technical Proposal Documents for traffic infrastructure projects, urban technical infrastructure, large-scale seaports invested with state budget capital or have worked at Transport Design Consulting Companies, Large Bridge – Tunnel Design;
Professional Skills:
- Understanding of the law: mastering the Construction Law, related decrees and circulars;
- Ability to check, synthesize, analyze, and evaluate technical requirements, technical evaluation standards issued with the Bidding Documents;
- Understanding of bidding procedures via the Internet;
- Have solid expertise in the specialized field, understand the expertise of other construction fields;
- Master the construction methods of common construction items in the field of traffic and urban infrastructure construction;
- Have the ability to analyze structures and proficiently use at least one structural analysis software;
- Proficient in implementing and editing Technical Proposal Documents/Construction Method Documents;
- Have the ability to cover the synchronization and consistency of related contents between documents in the document;
- Have the ability to synthesize and present reports visually and logically;
- Proficient in using Office software and AutoCad software. Priority is given to candidates who understand and can use BIM design and modeling software.
- Foreign language skills: Compile documents and emails in English;
- Using technology and AI: Having the ability to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT), or automation platforms to optimize work management, editing and improve productivity and work efficiency.
Management and communication skills:
- Ability to self-organize and manage work effectively;
- Ability to manage time and work progress.
- Good communication skills, negotiation and presentation in meetings or presentations to the board of directors;
Personal qualities:
- Honesty, accurate, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a high-pressure environment;
- High sense of responsibility, committed to ensuring work results.
Priority:
- Have participated in projects using BIM (Building Information Modeling) or have a related certificate;
- Have a certificate of practice in supervision (construction of traffic works or technical infrastructure) class I, class II.
