Monitor bidding information, propose suitable bidding packages to the Board of Directors
- Find out information about bidding packages, open bids on official information sources to report to the Board of Directors promptly, regularly and continuously;
- Evaluate suitability with the company’s strengths, propose the Board of Directors to participate in bidding.
Prepare proposal documents, bidding documents; especially knowledgeable and experienced in preparing EPC packages, budget capital packages:
- Research and analyze bidding documents to understand technical, legal, and financial requirements;
- Coordinate with relevant departments (technical, planning, financial, legal, etc.) to collect necessary information for preparing bidding documents, proposal documents;
- Develop and complete bidding documents, including legal documents, technical drawings, construction plans, and quotations.
Organize the evaluation of bidding packages, control management and supervise the bidding process:
- Analyze bidding criteria to determine the competitiveness of the unit;
- Monitor and grasp feedback from the inviting party to provide timely time;
- Perform other work tasks as assigned by the Unit Head.
General requirements:
- Education level:University degree or higher, major in Construction Economics (priority), Road and Bridge Construction, Civil and Industrial Construction, Project Management, or related fields;
- Experience:
– At least 5 years of experience in the field of bidding, of which at least 3 years in a management or team leader position;
– Experience in large construction projects, especially projects related to transport infrastructure, industrial works, or civil works.
Professional skills:
- Legal knowledge:
– Mastery of the Law on Bidding, the Law on Construction, relevant decrees and circulars;
– Ability to prepare and check documents Bidding documents (Bids);
– Proficient in online bidding;
– Foreign language skills: Compile documents and emails in English;
– Use of technology and AI: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specialized software (AutoCAD, cost estimation software such as G8, Sigma, or equivalent);
– Have the skills to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, or automation platforms to optimize the process of preparing bidding documents, analyzing bidding data, and forecasting risks.
Management and communication skills:
- Ability to organize and assign work effectively;
- Good communication skills, negotiation and presentation in meetings or presentations to the board of directors;
- Ability to manage time and ensure submission progress bidding documents.

- Ability to work independently and in a team in a high-pressure environment;
- High sense of responsibility, commitment to ensuring work results.
Priority:
- Have participated in projects using BIM (Building Information Modeling) or have related certificates;
