This canal plays a vital role in the city\u2019s drainage system and environmental regulation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"1021\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">For many years, Rach Xuyen Tam has been one of the most severely polluted areas.
